Les émetteurs IR OSRAM Opto Semiconductors sont conçus pour une large gamme d'applications de communication de données infrarouges. Ces émetteurs IR sont disponibles en plusieurs formats, notamment en émetteurs standard à longueur d'onde 880 nm et 950 nm et en émetteurs haute puissance 850 nm et 940 nm.
