IQD IQXO-54x Surface-Mount Clock Oscillators
IQD IQXO-54x Surface-Mount Clock Oscillators are available in an ultra-small, 2mm x 1.6mm x 0.7mm, industry-standard four-pad ceramic package with a seam-sealed metal lid. These oscillators are available in two voltages: 3.3V (IQXO-540) and 1.8V (IQXO-542). The IQXO-54x series from IQD offers a frequency range between 1.0MHz and 80MHz, a 15pF drive level, and CMOS output.
