Precision Heat Pipe Bending Tools

Advanced Thermal Solutions Precision Heat Pipe Bending Tools are designed to give engineers and technicians accurate and thermally reliable heat pipe bends. These tools allow the user to apply the correct amount of leverage and torque to achieve the desired bend. The minimum bend radius is 2.5x the diameter of the heat pipe being bent. The heat pipe bending tools are made from aluminum and are hard anodized for enhanced durability and long-term use. These tools enable a smooth and accurate bending motion, reducing marks on the tube. The heat pipe bending tools support a bending angle of 10 to 170 degrees.

Heat Pipe Bending Tools

Advanced Thermal Solutions Heat Pipe Bending Tools are precision engineering tools designed to provide engineers and technicians with accurate and thermally reliable round heat pipe bends. The tools allow users to apply the right amount of leverage and torque to get the right bend while preventing overbending, which reduces thermal performance. To use these tools, set the measuring arm to the length of the target heat pipe and screw down the appropriate bend radius. The tools support bending angles from 10° to 170° and work with all ATS round heat pipes as well as other manufacturers' pipes within the ATS size range. ATS Heat Pipe Bending Tools are designed for 3mm to 12mm round heat pipes with radius bend options. These tools are made from aluminum and hard anodized for durable, long-term use. They can be mounted to lab benches, vices, production workstations, and other fixtures.
